WHAT DO YOUR VIRTUAL WORKSHOP PRICES INCLUDE?

Our per-person pricing includes a Makers Mess Craft Kit + live virtual instruction with one of our skilled instructors. We charge no additional "Facilitation Fees" or "Instruction Fees." Shipping and sales tax are charged separately, but we're happy to ship to as many individual addresses as needed.


CAN YOU SHIP TO...? CAN YOU SHIP TO 100,000 ADDRESSES? CAN YOU EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

We can ship internationally but cannot guarantee an arrival date. All shipping is billed at cost, so client is responsible for international shipping fees. We can ship to as many addresses as needed. We can expedite shipping at the client's cost and at our own discretion.


CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY VIRTUAL WORKSHOP?

We're happy to customize many elements of our workshops & craft kits: from timing, to programming, to colors & kit components. Ask us or feel free to send over your ideas to hello@makersmess.com


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TIME & DATE IS AVAILABLE?

We work with a wide variety of artists around the country & can accommodate most dates & times. If you'd like to confirm a specific time & date before booking, feel free to reach out to hello@makersmess.com


DO YOU OFFER A BULK DISCOUNT?

We are happy to offer discounts for classes over 50 people or for multiple workshops booked at once. Please email us at hello@makersmess.com for more details prior to confirming your event.


WHAT IS YOUR PRIVATE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel an event or reduce your anticipated guest count for a full or partial credit of your paid deposit 21 days in advance of your scheduled class/workshop start date. Cancellations or reductions in guest count made after final payment has been made and/or within 10 days of the scheduled workshop are non-refundable and may not be used as credit. 

Unfortunately, we aren't able to resolve or troubleshoot issues with Zoom itself - we can only guarantee that the password & link provided to you are valid and have been tested before class.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STUDIO WORKSHOPS?

You may cancel a class for a full refund 14 days in advance of the class/workshop start date. Cancellations must be sent via email to hello@makersmess.com. Cancellations made within 5 days of the schedule workshop date are nonrefundable but can be applied as a credit towards another workshop. Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled workshop are non-refundable. Some workshops may vary as they are subject to our guest teacher's cancellation policies. Please email hello@makersmess.com with a cancelation notice or any questions about our policy.

MAKERS MESS, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or unforeseen teacher conflicts. If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued.

 

WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY FOR IN-STUDIO WORKSHOPS?

Out of consideration for the disruption caused to our other guests, no refunds or credits are given to anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late for an in-studio workshop. Late admission to the workshop is at the discretion of the instructor. 

All scheduled classes and workshops start and end on time. Please be prompt in your arrival and departure.


 FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS, WHERE SHOULD I GO? WHERE DO I PARK?

Our in-person workshops are held at our studio at ROW DTLA: 767 S Alameda St, Suite 162, Los Angeles, CA 90021. There is a parking structure at ROW DTLA. Please pull a ticket and we can validate in the studio! Doing curbside pickup? We're located on Market Row - follow the signs for pickup and you'll see us on your right.
