What We’re Doing: Get Caked LA & Makers Mess are proud to present an exclusive Get Caked LA pancake art class for ages 12+. This class is suited for all - from those with no art experience whatsoever to established artists who'd like to try a new & exciting medium. Get Caked LA will walk participants step by step through the process of creating and designing pancake art like a pro, using the same tools that Get Caked LA uses in their professional practice!

One ticket is good for 2 guests. A guardian must attend the class and assist with the pancake art griddle for children aged 10-13.

*All supplies are provided for this workshop - just bring yourself & your pancake ideas. Toppings and OJ are included! 💜

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Jasmine is the founder of Get Caked. Growing up her parents always pushed her and her brother to do anything that we could imagine. As a result, she grew up believing that if I wanted to achieve something, all it took was a little hard work. Eventually, that hard work led her to Livermore where I went to junior college to play basketball and cook up your favorite food in college, Chipotle. When she was 18 she knew her goal was to own a business by 21. Little did she know that would become reality. Over time she found that going to school just wasn’t for her, so she stayed until the lease was up on her apartment and took the leap to LA where I would eventually meet her current family, roommates, girlfriend, and pancake buds. Being able to live in a house with creative individuals set the foundation for brainstorming new ideas, including the birth of pancake art in their first house together. Through thick and thin these people have been the best to experience this journey with and she couldn’t imagine going through it with anyone else. Being able to have her family along on this adventure makes it even sweeter.
Please note: In the interest of keeping our creative community safe & well as we navigate the pandemic, we are requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test result dated within 48 hours of the workshop date for all class participants, instructors, and staff. Everyone is also to remain fully masked during workshops except when actively eating or drinking. If you have any questions about our policies, please send an email to info@makersmess.com.
