Heather Winters is passionate and excited about foods that bring marked improvement to the body’s overall function and well-being. Over the last 7 years she has focused her efforts into the area of developing recipes and processes for the creation of fermented foods as well many other powerful "super" foods that heal.
Heather knows the importance of developing one’s craft so she strives not only to deepen her knowledge of the body but she also remains diligent in developing her skills in the art of creating healing foods. Staying on the cutting edge of how nourishment so profoundly affects every cell is so important to her! She continues to take classes, attend workshops and read books and seeks out knowledge in this way whenever possible. She now teaches others so they too can benefit from the “lost art” of fermenting.
